    <Order Process>
    1. Inquiry & Reservation
    Click [Add] with Quantity [1] and then click [Reserve].
    Fill out all required fields under “Additional Information” on the reservation page.
    Include any special requests in the remarks field.
    We will confirm availability and provide a quote based on your information.

     

    ※ Ads are usually contracted on a monthly basis.

    Please reserve 1-1.5 months in advance of your desired start date.

    We may not be able to accept reservations made less than 1 month prior.

    For popular stations, reserve at least 1.5 months ahead.

     

    2. Payment
    Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send payment instructions.
    Please make the payment by the due date. 
    After confirming your payment, we’ll request the ad agency to secure the spot.

    3. Ad Slot Confirmation
    Slots are secured approximately 1 month before the start date.

    4. Submitting Design Data
    Please submit your ad materials, sized correctly, by the designated deadline.
    All design work must be created using a computer.
    First, submit a preview JPG file via the COMMENTS section.
    Then, send AI or PSD files via email if needed.
    Details such as resolution and other specifications will be provided through the COMMENTS section.
    ※ All ads must include some Korean (Hangul) text.

    ● Still Image Design Service (+$146)
    If you would like us to create a still image for you, please let us know in the COMMENTS section.
    If the ad includes a photo, please provide the image.
    Design takes approximately 10 days, so please make your request in advance.

    ● Video Design Service (+$219)
    If you’d like us to create a video ad for you, please notify us in the COMMENTS section.
    If your ad includes a photo or video clip, please provide the necessary files.
    The video design takes about 10 days, so please submit your request early.

    ● Purchase Final Design Data (+$73)
    If you used our design service, you may purchase the final data files.
    Please request this via the COMMENTS section if desired.

    5. Installation Complete
    We’ll send you photos of your ad (usually on the day of installation).
    Unless otherwise requested, we’ll also share it on our website, Twitter, and Instagram.
    Please let us know if you do not wish for your ad to be posted on our social media.

    Important Notes

    ☆After you make a reservation, payment instructions will be provided via the COMMENTS section, so please make sure to check it regularly. Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is completed.

     

    1. If the location is highly popular, we cannot guarantee that your first-choice location will be secured.

    If the first-choice location is unavailable, your ad may be placed at your second or third-choice location.

     

    2. ​The minimum contract period is 30 days.

     

    3. Cancellations cannot be made after the ad location has been secured.

     

    4. If you plan to use any photo not taken by yourself, please be sure to obtain permission from the original photographer.

     

    5. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from the unauthorized use of photos or videos.

     

    6. In the unlikely event that the ad cannot be installed due to an unexpected issue, we will provide a full refund.

     

    7. Prices vary significantly depending on the location. In general, stations with higher foot traffic will have higher rates.

     

    8. Our company only handles the proxy application process for ad support as requested by the customer.

    We are not responsible for any damages caused by reasons other than our own willful misconduct or negligence.

     

    Reservation Process
    Sign up → Log in → Fill in the required information on the application screen → Agree to terms & conditions and apply → A confirmation email will be sent automatically

    If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check the COMMENTS section on your booking page.
    All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.

    If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails 
    1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.
    2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

    If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

    Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
