Article 4 (Membership Registration and Principles for Use by Minors)

    2. [Guardian consent for payments by minors] A minor who purchases (books) a paid product must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A contract made without such consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian, and the Company may also withhold, refuse, or cancel the booking. 3. The Company may withhold acceptance or refuse registration for any of the following applications:

When using an overseas credit card or overseas simple payment service, a difference may arise between the amount displayed on the Platform and the amount actually billed due to exchange-rate fluctuations and the card issuer's overseas usage fees, and such difference shall be borne by the user.

Article 8 (Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy)

    1. Cancellation and refund standards for each product shall be governed first by the individual cancellation/refund policy disclosed in advance on the product detail page and at checkout.

Due to the nature of the services, in which local staff and reservation slots are fixed in advance, if the user cancels after the pre-disclosed cancellation deadline, or fails to use the service due to no-show or tardiness without prior on-site contact (No-Show), refunds and schedule changes may be restricted in accordance with the individual product policy.
    3. If the user cancels within a lawful cancellation period, refunds shall in principle be made by cancelling the original payment authorization, which may take approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on the card company's processing.
