- Please read the following terms and conditions before registering.

- Your consent will be implied when you apply for registration.

Conditions for Membership

〇 There are no registration or membership fees. (Free!)

〇 Each person may register only one ID, to be used solely by the registrant.

〇 Basically, any individual can join (excluding corporations).

*However, if GT Tour determines that your application is inappropriate, your membership registration may be refused.

About the registration procedure

〇 Please fill in the required fields in the membership registration form accurately.
〇 After completing your registration, you will be automatically logged in and registered.
If you are unable to log in after completing your membership registration,
please contact us.

[Regarding membership cancellation]
- You may cancel your membership at any time.

When you forget your ID or PASSWORD

- Click "Forgot ID/Password" on the login page and enter the email address you registered when signing up.
Your ID and password will be sent to that email.

About community use

If the content of a post on a bulletin board in a community on the site falls under any of the following, the post will be deleted and any points that have been paid will be revoked.

1. If the content of the post is different from the theme of the board you are creating

2. If the post includes biased criticism or false information

3. If the content is extremely short or contains repeated text

4. In any other cases deemed inappropriate based on our internal policies

Use of accumulated points

Accumulated points (hereinafter referred to as "points") can be accumulated by charging a separate deposit or by using the refund amount when cancelling a reservation.

○Points can be used when reserving and purchasing products.

* Points accumulated through recharge or withdrawal can be refunded to your account; however, as a general rule, bank transfer fees incurred for refunds will be borne by the customer.

*Points awarded through community use cannot be refunded to your account.

Other important notes

Please enter your personal information accurately.

If any of your details change, we kindly ask that you update them yourself.

〇 If we are unable to verify your identity, or if we discover that the registered person is not you, your registration may be cancelled without prior notice.

〇 You will be responsible for managing your ID and password.

〇 GT Tour will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate account management.

〇 If any behavior is found that harms third parties or violates laws or regulations, your membership may be revoked.

〇GT Tours strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information and tour contents, but please note that there may be slight differences depending on local conditions.

Supplementary provisions

Changes to the terms and conditions may be made without the consent of the members.

Personal information provided at the time of registration will never be disclosed without the member’s consent.

However, please note that in the event of fraud that causes harm to third parties or when required by legal authorities, we may disclose the relevant information.

We collect the following personal information in the process of membership registration, inquiries, reservation requests, and related services.

ο Items collected: name, date of birth, gender, login ID, password, contact information, home address, mobile phone number, email address, nationality, passport number, service usage record, access log, cookies, IP address, payment history
ο Personal information collection method: website (membership registration, forums, etc.), delivery request

□ Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
We will use the personal information we collect for the following purposes.

ο To fulfill service agreements and process payments:

Content delivery, purchases, payment processing, product shipping, and invoice dispatch

ο Membership management

Identity verification for member-exclusive services, personal identification, prevention of unauthorized use by delinquent or unauthorized members, confirmation of membership intent, age verification, confirmation of legal guardian consent when collecting information from children under 14, complaint handling, and important notifications

ο For marketing and advertising purposes

Delivering promotional information such as events, analyzing usage frequency, and generating statistics on service use

※ Please note: We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, place of origin, criminal records, health status, or sexual orientation) that may infringe upon users’ fundamental rights.

□ Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

Your personal information will be destroyed once the purpose of its collection or provision is fulfilled. Specific cases include:

- In the case of membership: Upon withdrawal or termination of membership

- In the case of payment information: Upon full payment or expiration of the statutory retention period

- In the case of delivery information: Upon completion of the product or service delivery

(Except where required to retain data under applicable laws or regulations)

ο In cases where information must be retained beyond the above retention periods, separate consent will be obtained from the user.
