    Chapter 1 General Provisions

    Article 1 (Purpose)

    These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and procedures between GT Tour Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of travel, wellness/beauty and medical-related services, cultural experiences, advance reservation agency services, and other related services (the "Services") provided through the online platform operated by the Company (gttourkorea.com and its mobile web/apps, the "Platform").

    Article 2 (Definitions)

    1. "Platform" means the virtual place of business established by the Company using information and communications facilities so that goods or services ("Products, etc.") may be transacted with users.
    2. "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Platform and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
    3. "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Platform, and who may continuously receive information from the Platform and use the Services.
    4. "Supplier (Partner)" means a third-party independent business that actually provides services through an affiliation or contract with the Company, such as a medical institution, beauty/spa shop, tour/experience facility, transportation company, or event organizer.
    5. "Mail-order brokerage" means the Company's act of providing a transaction system between suppliers and users through the Platform and mediating or arranging reservations.
    6. "Reward Points" means electronic mileage accrued or charged according to criteria set by the Company so that members may use it like cash when paying for Services.
    7. "Post" means text, photos, videos, files and links, reviews, and other content that a member posts on the Platform while using the Services.

    Article 3 (Publication, Effect, and Amendment of the Terms)

    1. The Company posts these Terms on the Platform's initial screen or via a footer link so that users may review them at any time.
    2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws.
    3. Upon amendment, the Company will specify the effective date and the reasons for amendment and will announce them, together with the current Terms, via notices on the Platform from 7 days prior to the effective date.
    4. A member who does not clearly refuse by the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A member who does not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Services and request withdrawal at any time.
    5. These Terms are originally written in Korean. If there is any inconsistency among multilingual translations, the Korean original shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Account Management

    Article 4 (Membership Registration and Principles for Use by Minors)

    1. A user applies for membership by entering member information in the form prescribed by the Company and agreeing to these Terms. In principle, the Company allows any individual to register.
    2. [Guardian consent for payments by minors] A minor who purchases (books) a paid product must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A contract made without such consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian, and the Company may also withhold, refuse, or cancel the booking. However, cancellation by the minor or the guardian may be restricted if the minor lied about being an adult or pretended that a guardian had consented.
    3. The Company may withhold acceptance or refuse registration for any of the following applications:
      • Using another person's name, email, phone number, or other personal information
      • False information, omissions, or errors in the registration details
      • Applying for the purpose of undermining social order or public morals or violating applicable laws
      • Insufficient handling capacity or technical difficulties

    Article 5 (Account Security and Management Responsibility)

    1. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password and may not lend, transfer, or pledge them to a third party, or allow another person to use them.
    2. If a member becomes aware that their ID or password has been leaked or is being used by a third party, the member shall immediately notify the Company and follow the Company's instructions. Any disadvantage arising from neglect of this duty shall be borne by the member.

    Chapter 3 Use of Services and Contracts

    Article 6 (Description of Services and Notice of Mail-Order Brokerage)

    1. The Company provides the following services through the Platform:
      • Inbound tourism tours, dedicated interpreter/vehicle transport, and cultural/event experience reservation services
      • Referral for consultations and reservation agency services for affiliated medical institutions (dermatology, plastic surgery, etc.) and wellness/beauty shops
      • Advance reservation agency services for on-site visits and official experience programs relating to exhibitions, pop-ups, cultural spaces, etc.
      • Planning and provision of information on K-culture tour packages and wellness programs
    2. [Mail-order brokerage disclaimer] Except for package products planned and sold directly by the Company, for products of individual suppliers on the Platform (affiliated hospitals, external tour operators, transportation companies, lodging, etc.), the Company is merely a mail-order broker and is not a party to the transaction. Responsibility for the actual provision of products, the quality of procedures and medical treatment, and on-site performance of services shall be borne by the relevant supplier.

    Article 7 (Reservation Confirmation and Payment)

    1. A contract is concluded when, after the user has reviewed the product information and cancellation policy and completed payment, the Company delivers a reservation confirmation notice (electronic voucher, My Page comments, SMS, email, etc.) to the user.
    2. When using an overseas credit card or overseas simple payment service, a difference may arise between the amount displayed on the Platform and the amount actually billed due to exchange-rate fluctuations and the card issuer's overseas usage fees, and such difference shall be borne by the user.

    Article 8 (Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy)

    1. Cancellation and refund standards for each product shall be governed first by the individual cancellation/refund policy disclosed in advance on the product detail page and at checkout.
    2. Due to the nature of the services, in which local staff and reservation slots are fixed in advance, if the user cancels after the pre-disclosed cancellation deadline, or fails to use the service due to no-show or tardiness without prior on-site contact (No-Show), refunds and schedule changes may be restricted in accordance with the individual product policy.
    3. If the user cancels within a lawful cancellation period, refunds shall in principle be made by cancelling the original payment authorization, which may take approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on the card company's processing.

    Article 9 (Operation of Reward Points and Refund Rules)

    1. Members may accrue points by converting paid charges or refunds from proper cancellations into points, and may use them the same as cash when paying for Services on the Platform.
    2. [Refund standards]
      • Points accrued through paid charging or proper refunds may be requested for refund (cash-out) to the member's own bank account. Bank transfer fees and related costs shall be borne by the member.
      • Bonus points granted free of charge by the Company through community activity, reviews, promotions, etc. cannot be refunded in cash and may be deducted only when paying for Services.

    Article 10 (Special Provisions on K-Beauty and Medical Tourism Linkage)

    1. The medical/beauty linkage services provided by the Company are convenience services that assist users in using domestic medical institutions safely and smoothly, including schedule reservations, dedicated interpreter accompaniment, and transport.
    2. Actual medical treatment, consultation, prescription, and procedures are performed under the professional judgment of an independent medical institution. The Company is not a party to medical practice and, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, shall not bear responsibility for disputes arising from the medical institution's medical practice or results.

    Chapter 4 User Obligations and System Protection

    Article 11 (Prohibited Acts)

    1. Users shall not engage in any of the following:
      • Registering false information upon application or change, or misappropriating another person's information
      • Imposing load on the system or abnormally occupying or monopolizing reservations using unauthorized macro programs, automation scripts, etc.
      • Repeating payment and cancellation without intent to use the service, or attempting to raise funds (self-payment, illegal cashing of cards, etc.)
      • Unauthorized resale or onward sale in violation of applicable laws or the purpose of service operation
      • Crawling, or commercially copying, processing, or distributing without authorization, information, content, or source code posted on the Platform
      • Infringing the intellectual property rights or reputation of the Company or a third party, or interfering with their business
    2. If a user violates the above prohibitions, the Company may cancel the relevant transaction or suspend membership temporarily or permanently, and may claim compensation for damages incurred by the Company.

    Article 12 (Management of Posts and Intellectual Property Rights)

    1. Copyright in posts created by a member belongs to that member. However, the Company may post such content on the Platform within a reasonable scope for the purposes of operating, exhibiting, and promoting the Services.
    2. If a member's post falls under any of the following, the Company may delete it or discontinue posting without prior notice:
      • Content that defames or damages the reputation of another person
      • Obscene or violent content that violates public order and morals
      • Content that infringes a third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights
      • Commercial advertisements or repeated/successive posts that do not fit the nature of the board

    Chapter 5 Disclaimer and Dispute Resolution

    Article 13 (Grounds for Company Disclaimer)

    1. The Company is exempt from performance obligations if it cannot provide the Services due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, the spread of infectious disease, entry/exit control by governments, or circumstances of the organizer.
    2. The Company is not liable for on-site admission refusal or other disadvantages caused by errors in reservation information entered by the user (passport English name, contact information, schedule, etc.).
    3. The Company is not liable for disruption in the use of the Services caused by reasons attributable to the user.

    Article 14 (Damages and Limitation of Liability)

    If a user suffers damages due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall compensate for such damages in accordance with applicable laws. However, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, compensation shall be limited to ordinary damages, and the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances.

    Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

    1. Disputes between the Company and a user relating to these Terms and the use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
    2. Lawsuits arising from the use of the Services shall have exclusive jurisdiction in a court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea or the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.

    Agree to Collection and Use of Personal Information (Required)

    GT Tour Co., Ltd. (the "Company") handles the personal information of foreign travelers and users carefully and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related laws. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs users of the purposes and methods of use of the personal information they provide, and of the measures taken to protect that information.

    1. Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

    The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide services, conclude and perform reservations, and handle customer inquiries. Booking services on this platform are available after membership registration. Guest (non-member) booking is not provided.

    2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

    The Company uses collected personal information only for the purposes below. If the purpose changes, separate prior consent will be obtained.

    • Service provision and contract performance: inbound tours, cultural experiences, wellness/beauty and medical consultation booking agency, dedicated transport and interpretation support, electronic voucher issuance
    • Customer support and on-site response: post-arrival itinerary change notices, on-site meeting guidance, emergency contact to prevent lateness and no-shows, handling complaints and issues
    • Membership management and security: identity verification, prevention of unauthorized use, monitoring of unauthorized macros and fraudulent card use
    • Marketing and statistics: multilingual new tour recommendations, promotional notices (only to those who have consented), analysis of usage trends by country

    3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

    In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to outside parties. However, the minimum information necessary is provided to independent third parties (suppliers) as below for the smooth performance of inbound booking and travel services for foreign visitors.

    4. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

    The Company entrusts personal information processing to specialized companies as follows for smooth system operation and payment convenience.

    5. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

    1. Member information is retained and used until membership withdrawal. When a member withdraws or the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, the Company destroys the relevant information without delay in a manner that cannot be restored. Personal information used for marketing is destroyed without delay if the relevant consent to receive such information is withdrawn.
    2. However, where retention is required under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other related laws, the Company stores the information separately for the period prescribed by law:
      • Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years
      • Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
      • Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
      • Website access records (logs): 3 months
      Thereafter, the information may continue to be stored until the member withdraws, for the convenience of service use and history inquiry.
    3. Destruction method: Personal information recorded in electronic files is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery, and printouts are shredded.

    6. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

    1. Users (including foreign customers) may view or correct their personal information at any time through the [My Page] menu on the platform, and may withdraw consent to collection by requesting membership withdrawal.
    2. Users may request deletion or suspension of processing of personal information through the customer center inquiry board or email. The Company will take action without delay after identity verification.
    3. Processing of personal information of children under 14 years of age requires the consent of a legal representative. Without such consent, membership registration and use of the services are restricted.

    7. Use of Cookies and How to Refuse Them

    The Company uses cookies to provide services and analyze usage statistics. Users may refuse or delete cookies through their web browser settings.

    • Essential cookies: Required to provide services, including maintaining login sessions and security. Refusing them may restrict some functions such as login.
    • Analytics cookies: Used to analyze access and service usage statistics through Google Analytics. Storage may be refused through browser settings.

    8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

    The Company takes the following measures to prevent loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of personal information:

    • Encrypted storage of passwords and unique identification information (such as passport numbers) and application of SSL on transmission channels
    • Minimizing personnel who handle personal information and conducting regular security training
    • Operating firewalls and controlling server access to block external intrusion

    GTTOUR Co., Ltd. (the "Company") collects and uses personal information at the time of membership registration for marketing and advertising purposes as follows.
