1. Download the "CatchTable (CatchTable Waiting)" App in Advance!

For Korean pop-ups and popular restaurants, it's common to use "CatchTable" where you scan a QR code on-site to wait in line.

TIPS: Downloading the "CatchTable (Global Version)" app in Japan beforehand and registering (email verification) will allow you to scan the QR code without rushing on-site.

2. What to Do If You Don't Have a Korean Phone Number

If the on-site terminal asks for a "Korean mobile number (010~)", inform the nearest staff member that you are a "Japanese tourist"!

An increasing number of stores are issuing "email address entry" or "paper queue tickets" via a dedicated tablet operated by staff.

3. Recommend the "Open Run" First Thing in the Morning!

Especially for popular POPUPs in Seongsu and Hongdae, on-site waiting may close (be fully booked) by the afternoon.
