K Star Group announced that voting for the male and female K Star Award nominees for the '2018 APAN Star Awards,' hosted by the Korea Entertainment Management Association, will begin on the 6th.  

 
The male nominees for the K Star Award include ▲, Lee Byung-hun ▲, Park Seo-joon ▲ Jung Hae-in ▲ Lee Dong-wook ▲ Yang Se-jong ▲ Lee Jong-suk. The female nominees include ▲ Son Ye-jin ▲ Kim Tae-ri ▲ Kim Min-jung ▲ IU (Lee Ji-eun) ▲ Park Min-young ▲ Suzy.

Voting for the K Star Award will take place from the 6th to the 28th through the K Star Group application, STARPLE, with two voting rights granted per day. To commemorate the application launch and the K Star Award voting, K Star Group will hold a sign-up event, granting 50 voting rights to all users who sign up for seven days from the 6th to the 12th.

The '2018 APAN Star Awards,' hosted and supervised by the Korea Entertainment Management Association since 2012, is an awards ceremony for dramas aired on Korean channels. It is a representative event of the association to promote the excellence of Korean dramas and foster the progressive development of K-DRAMA, K-STAR, and K-Contents. Past Grand Prize winners include Song Hyun-joo (1st), Song Hye-kyo (2nd), Jo In-sung (3rd), Kim Soo-hyun (4th), and Song Joong-ki (5th).
