"We announce that the exclusive contracts between TS Entertainment and B.A.P members Himchan, Daehyun, Youngjae, and Jongup have ended.

They received attention by winning awards such as the 4th Melon Music Awards Rookie Award (2012), the 22nd High1 Seoul Music Awards Rookie Award (2013),

and the 1st Inve V Chart Awards Korean Music Division Rookie Award (2013), but

they shocked fans with a member's indictment on sexual harassment charges, and subsequently, Zelo and Bang Yongguk left the group, leading to a de facto state of disbandment.
