NU'EST's Minhyun will debut as a musical actor.

According to "Asia Economy" on the 22nd, Minhyun will take the stage in the musical "Marie Antoinette," which opens in August of this year.

The musical "Marie Antoinette" will be performed for the second time in five years from August 24th to November 17th at the Seoul D-CUBE Arts Center.

Minhyun will play the role of Count Axel von Fersen, a charming and brave Swedish nobleman who loves Marie Antoinette in the play, and a figure admired by all women.

Minhyun is preparing for his musical debut by receiving occasional private vocal coaching amidst his busy schedule.

Minhyun debuted in the music industry as NU'EST in 2012, and was selected as a final member through "Produce 101 Season 2," also promoting as a member of WANNA ONE. 

He has now rejoined NU'EST and is reportedly preparing for a new single. The full group NU'EST is scheduled to make a comeback next spring.
