YG Entertainment officially announced Lee Hi's comeback by releasing her teaser on their official blog at 11 AM on the 20th.

In the poster, Lee Hi captivated attention with her intense gaze, which hadn't been seen before, and her mature styling, hinting at the concept of her new album.

The phrase 'COMING SOON' made the hearts of fans who have waited three years for Lee Hi's comeback flutter, amplifying expectations for her music, which has matured as much as her appearance.

Her previous album 'SEOULITE's title tracks 'Breathe' and 'Hold My Hand' not only topped domestic music charts in real-time but also dominated the daily charts.

Lee Hi appeared on SBS's 'Kpop Star' in 2012 and took second place with her soulful voice, a rare find in Korea. After signing an exclusive contract with YG Entertainment, she debuted with the single '1,2,3,4' and dominated the domestic music charts for four weeks, earning her the nickname 'Monster Rookie'. The following year, Lee Hi solidified her strong presence in the music industry by winning rookie awards at various ceremonies such as the 'Golden Disc Awards' and 'High1 Seoul Music Awards'.

Notably, Lee Hi was also recognized on the global stage when she was selected for Billboard's '21 Under 21' in 2013.

Since then, she has consistently produced hit songs like 'It's Over', 'Rose', 'Breathe', and 'Hold My Hand', firmly establishing herself as a unique female solo vocalist in the Korean music scene.

Regarding the reason for Lee Hi's extended hiatus, YG explained, "It's an album where she did her best to create music that she truly likes."

YG continued, "As she has prepared for a long time, she has been able to prepare many songs. We expect to continue with consistent new releases and continuous activities starting this year with this album. The music video for the title track has already been completed, and we plan to announce the official schedule soon and actively promote her through broadcast activities."

Expectations are rising among fans who miss Lee Hi's vocals, eager to see how her musical spectrum as a unique mid-to-low-toned female vocalist has evolved and expanded over the past three years.
