Band DAY6 will hold their second domestic fan meeting on their largest scale yet.
DAY6 will meet with their fans, ‘My Day’, at a fan meeting titled ‘DAY6 “You Made My Day” Ep.2 ‘Scentographer”’ on June 29th at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The poster released along with the announcement has a secret mood of opening a drawer labeled ‘CITRUS’ in a richly recorded space, adding to the curiosity about the new fan meeting. DAY6 held their first official fan meeting on September 8th last year at the Korea University Hwajung Gymnasium in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. This time, by confirming the performance venue at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium, they are adding significance by holding their largest scale fan meeting yet. The performance title ‘Scentographer’ is a combination of ‘Scent’ and ‘Photographer’. It contains the concept of DAY6 becoming a Scentographer who combines and remembers memories with scent, as if taking pictures, and creating memories with ‘My Day’ in a secret garden and recording them with scent. DAY6, who are establishing themselves as ‘K-pop representative band’ with the modifier ‘믿듣데’ (trust and listen DAY6), actively communicated with fans through the 2017 ‘Every DAY6’ project, releasing two full-length albums, 25 self-composed songs, and a total of 25 performances. Through their first world tour, which took place from June last year to January this year, they met with global fans across Asia, Australia, North America, South America, and Europe. They decorated the finale of their ‘24 cities, 28 performances worldwide’ world tour with a spectacular encore concert on March 30th and 31st at the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
