Actor Lee Min-ho is launching the "Jam Jam Box" project for low-income children on the donation platform "PROMIZ.".

Children suffering from food insecurity due to low income refers to children who cannot maintain proper eating habits due to family breakdown or changes resulting from the widening gap between rich and poor caused by rapid economic development.  

Their biggest problems are health issues due to malnutrition and the tendency to feel guilt by finding the cause of poverty within themselves.  

The project aims to provide mental care alongside economic support.

In response, PROMIZ has newly planned the "Jam Jam Box" project.  

"Jam Jam Box" is a name combining "Jam," meaning "study session," and "Box," meaning "souvenir,"

and it embodies the importance of conveying warm messages along with economic support to children.  

By selling self-designed products, the profits generated will be used to hold birthday parties for low-income children nationwide, conveying the message, "Thank you for being born, you are precious.".

The products to be released by Jam Jam Box include T-shirts and tumblers, among three items.  

They will be sold for three weeks starting June 21st through Naver's donation portal 'happybean,' and the profits from the sales will be used through the Community Chest of Korea to help low-income children nationwide feel that their birthdays are more meaningful.

After the happybean funding ends, PROMIZ plans to continue its social contribution activities by promoting interest in and awareness of the needs of low-income children through various channels.

Lee Min-ho's donation platform 'PROMIZ' began in March 2014, and has been realizing shared value by gradually pursuing the value of Fun Donation and donating the full amount of profits after producing and selling design products that re-evaluate value within a set theme.  

Furthermore, leveraging its high domestic and international recognition, it actively engages in awareness campaigns for social issues through social media, guiding more people to naturally participate in sharing.
