SM Entertainment (hereinafter SM), along with producer Lee Soo-man, has attracted the largest-scale charity performance in history, "Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream," dubbed the 21st century "Live Aid," to Seoul.

Producer Lee Soo-man, who will serve as the general director for the Seoul performance, along with General Director Kim Young-min, executives from Global Citizen, the organizer of the performance, and staff from DreamMaker, the operating company for the Seoul performance, announced the Seoul hosting of "Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream" on the 19th (US time) at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The performance is scheduled to be held on September 26th of next year.

"Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream" is a world-class charity performance specially planned by "Global Citizen," an organization that raises funds for impoverished countries by collaborating with leaders, governments, philanthropists, and NGOs from 193 UN member states by 2030. Since 2009, "Global Citizen" has received donations equivalent to $48.4 billion from various organizations and corporations, aiding approximately 880 million people worldwide.

This "Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream" is planned on an unprecedented scale, to be held simultaneously in five locations worldwide, including North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. It is envisioned as a global music festival and is scheduled to be broadcast live worldwide for 10 hours.

Following the announcements for New York's Central Park, Lagos in Nigeria, Africa, Europe, and South America, the hosting in Seoul, South Korea was announced. Performers, including K-pop stars such as COLDPLAY, METALLICA, MUSE, USHER, Red Hot Chili Peppers, EXO, Alicia Keys, BoA, Billie Eilish, and SuperM, are being announced one after another, drawing fervent interest from global fans.
