
Ji Chang-wook will return to the big screen with 'Revenge'.
An official from Ji Chang-wook's agency told Newsen on January 13th,
"It has been confirmed that Ji Chang-wook will appear in the movie 'Revenge' (tentative title/Director Kim Chang-ju)," they officially announced.
This marks Ji Chang-wook's return to film, his first movie appearance in three years since 'Fabricated City,' released in 2017.
Ji Chang-wook's role has yet to be revealed.
'Revenge,' which features Jo Woo-jin and Lee Jae-in as a father and daughter, is a human action film about a father and daughter's struggle for survival amidst the danger of an explosion. It is drawing attention as Jo Woo-jin's first solo leading role.
Furthermore, 'Revenge' is the first commercial film debut for director Kim Chang-ju, who previously edited films such as 'Snowpiercer' and 'The Terror.'
Having completed its first script reading, 'Revenge' is scheduled to begin filming in February.
