announced on the 9th that "all awards for 'THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS', which could not be held due to the impact of COVID-19, will be replaced online."

All awards, including the Grand Prize, Artist of the Year, and Listener's Choice, will be presented online, and the results will be released on the official website of THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (http://www.tfmusicawards.com/) at 10 AM on the 16th.

Award videos are also scheduled to be uploaded sequentially.

This year's winners will be determined based on the 2019 score tabulation results. However, if the awards ceremony were postponed to the second half of the year, it was judged that the judging criteria would lack timeliness, leading to the decision to hold the awards online.

Judging will be based on the tabulation results from January to December of last year. For the four categories of Grand Prize, Listener's Choice, Artist of the Year, and Next Leader, winners will be determined by a total of 40% from digital music and album scores and 60% from judge scores.

Digital music and album scores will be calculated based on Gaon Chart data.

The Special Award will be 100% based on judge scores, and the Popularity Award and Fan & Star Choice Award (Singer/Individual/Special Award) will be 100% based on voting scores.

The Fan & Star Most Voted Award (Singer/Individual) will be given to the individual with the most votes in the real-time rankings from May of last year to February of this year.

This year's 'THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS' was scheduled to be held on the 29th of last month at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.

Performances by top domestic K-POP artists including BTS, SUPER JUNIOR, TWICE, Red Velvet, Chung Ha, MAMAMOO, (G)I-DLE, ITZY, MONSTA X, NU'EST, Stray Kids, THE BOYZ, N.Flying, IZ, and TXT (TOMORROW X TOGETHER) had been confirmed, but the event was temporarily postponed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of audiences and artists.
