TVXQ's Changmin will release a solo album for the first time in 16 years since his debut.

Changmin's agency SM Entertainment announced on the 13th,

"Changmin is preparing for a solo album targeting an April release," raising expectations.

Changmin debuted in 2004 with TVXQ's first single 'Hug',

and has been loved for numerous hit songs. This is his first solo album release since his debut.

Prior to Changmin, U-Know Yunho

made a successful solo debut with his first solo mini-album 'True Colors' on June 12th of last year.
