Group EXO's Kai is preparing for a solo album.

An official from his agency SM Entertainment told Xportsnews on the 3rd, "Kai is preparing for a solo album, and the schedule is not yet decided and will be announced later."

EXO, who debuted in 2012, has had solo activities from Chen, Baekhyun, Suho, and Lay before Kai. Kai is scheduled to be the fifth solo artist from the group to release an album.
