Hui of the group PENTAGON will be fulfilling his military service as a social service worker.
PENTAGON's agency, CUBE Entertainment, announced on the 19th:
"PENTAGON's Hui is scheduled to enlist in a training center on December 3rd, receive 4 weeks of basic military training, and then serve as a social service worker."
With this, Hui, born in 1993, will be the second member of PENTAGON after Jinho to fulfill his national defense duties.
Previously, during a Q&A session regarding his enlistment at the showcase for PENTAGON's mini-album "WE:TH" held on the 12th, Hui stated:
"I've gotten older before I knew it, and the time will come when I have to follow Jinho hyung, but I haven't thought much about future plans yet. PENTAGON's strength is amazing whether I'm there or not, so I'm not worried. Our members are like having nine HuIs, just with different names. Everyone has amazing abilities."
He expressed his trust in the members.
