1. Big Hit began moving into its new headquarters at the Yongsan Trade Center, 42 Hangang-daero, Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 22nd.
With Namsan, a symbol of Seoul, to its back and the Han River in front, the new Big Hit building, situated in a prime location, boasts a grandeur befitting its name "Yongsan," like a dragon soaring into the heavens.

The new building, with 19 floors above ground and 7 below, spanning a total area of 60,000 square meters, will house labels under Big Hit, which will change its name to HYBE after the shareholders' meeting on the 30th. These include Big Hit Music (BTS, TOMORROW X TOGETHER), Belift Lab (ENHYPEN), Source Music (GFRIEND), Pledis Entertainment (SEVENTEEN, NU'EST, etc.), and KOZ Entertainment, along with affiliated companies.
The dance practice rooms are located on the 3rd floor.
What stands out is the "reservation system." Even BTS, who became the current Big Hit, is not exempt from this "reservation system." As Big Hit has numerous artists under its affiliated labels, they are implementing a fair system for utilizing the choreography practice rooms through reservations. Labels under Pledis and others will also have to pay a usage fee for the choreography practice rooms.
As they are separate corporations, this is a natural procedure for corporate accounting. Big Hit added the business of leasing real estate to its business objectives, in addition to the name change, in relation to the amendment of its articles of incorporation to be handled at the shareholders' meeting. Big Hit explained, "We are adding the business objective of leasing practice rooms and related spaces to our subsidiaries."

Another highlight is the "BTS Museum.".
Two of the seven basement floors will be dedicated to a BTS-related museum. This museum is planned to house the "brilliant history" that BTS has achieved since their debut in 2013. Exhibits will include trophies from various domestic and international awards ceremonies, as well as records related to BTS and its seven members.
The Grammy Awards trophy, which BTS has yet to win, will also be displayed here upon their victory. The "BTS Museum" is expected to become another holy site for fans worldwide who love BTS. It is planned to operate on a paid admission basis.
