Cube's new group LIGHTSUM is showcasing their potential as global rookies with their new song "Vanilla". 

As of 9 PM on the 12th, Lightsome's debut song "Vanilla" ranked 1st on the real-time chart of Japan's music site "Rakuten Music". On the first day of its release, it ranked 3rd on Rakuten Music's real-time chart, and with the enthusiastic support of Japanese fans, it quickly gained momentum.  

Notably, prominent K-pop artists such as TWICE, TXT, N.Flying, Ha Sung-woon, and Everglow participated in the debut stage of "M COUNTDOWN", and LIGHTSUM's "Vanilla" stage video recorded the second-highest viewership with 35,000 views, following TWICE. 

"LIGHTSUM" sold approximately 10,000 copies of their debut single "Vanilla" on the 11th, two days after their debut, and the music video for their debut song "Vanilla" showed an explosive response with 5.6 million (as of June 14th) views. 

"LIGHTSUM" is Cube Entertainment's new girl group, the first in about 3 years since (G)I-DLE, and is a group composed of eight members: Sangah, Chowon, Nayoung, Hina, Juhyun, Yujeong, Huiyeon, and Jian. They released their debut single "Vanilla" on the 10th.
