
Stray Kids will release a new album in Japan on October 13th.
JYP Entertainment announced on July 30th, via Stray Kids' official Japanese homepage and various social media channels, that "Stray Kids will release their second single in Japan on October 13th."
Stray Kids made their official debut in Japan on March 18th of last year with the best album "SKZ2020," and that album ranked in the "K-POP Japan Release Album Top 10" on the chart for the first half of 2020 (2020.01.01-06.30) of the largest local record store, Tower Records, demonstrating their special presence. In June of the same year, their first single "TOP" recorded 1st place on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart in its first week of release, putting them on a popular trajectory.
With growing interest in their new single, to be released approximately 1 year and 4 months later, Stray Kids' song "My Pace" (Japanese version) has been selected as the theme song for the popular dating reality show "Love Like the Wolf" on Japan's major OTT platform "ABEMA," further increasing their familiarity with local viewers.
Stray Kids will fully decorate the second half of 2021. Prior to the release of their new single in Japan, they will have their long-awaited comeback with their second full-length album "NOEASY" on August 23rd.
