As daily life with COVID-19 gradually returns to its previous state with the implementation of "With Corona," large-scale concerts with thousands of attendees are being held.
According to the music industry and other sources, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange will hold the "21 World K-Pop Concert" on the 14th of this month at 7 PM in Hall 2 of KINTEX in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.
This concert is part of the "Korea Culture Festival" program and will be held on a scale of 3,000 people.

According to current quarantine guidelines, KINTEX, which is not an official venue, can accommodate up to 499 people if they are fully vaccinated. To proceed with a scale of over 500 people, prior consultation with relevant ministries is required.
An official involved in preparing the event explained, "Prior to this, in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, and Daegu, local governments held in-person events for 2,000 people. This will be the first large-scale event since the 'With Corona' era organized by the central government."
Notably, K-Pop representatives such as NCT DREAM, aespa, ITZY, SHINee KEY, PENTAGON, BRAVE GIRLS, Loco, and Simon Dominic are scheduled to perform at this concert.
American pop singer KELANIE will participate via video to enhance the concert atmosphere.
With the event scale finalized, advance ticket sales are expected to begin as early as next week.
Advance ticket sales will be conducted through Interpark Ticket, and it is essentially free with a small fee for ticket issuance. Event officials also stated that seats will be prepared for multicultural families and those from culturally disadvantaged backgrounds.
Starting on the 13th, the "K-Culture Fan Fair" for K-Pop will be held, allowing attendees to meet artists like BAE173, Ciipher, and PURPLE KISS, and enjoy various cultural content such as Korean food, Hangeul, and Hanbok. Early sell-outs are possible.
In online communities, posts from fans of the performing artists, asking questions like "Can I go to the concert and see the stage live?" and "When can I book tickets?" are flooding in.
An event official emphasized, "We plan to safely conduct the concert and related events while strictly adhering to quarantine guidelines."
