YG Entertainment announced on the 17th that WINNER's global official fan club, "INNER CIRCLE," will be open for applications at all times. This move away from the previous system where fan club membership was only available during specific periods each year will further enhance fan convenience and accessibility.

To become an "INNER CIRCLE," fans must use WINNER's official fan community, "WINNER Weverse." Membership can then be purchased on the membership product page on Weverse Shop.
