It has been 7 years since they debuted in September 2015 that they are leaving YG.
They are currently exploring a wide range of options, including looking for a new agency while simultaneously establishing a management company to maintain the team.
iKON first made their faces known as Team B in the 2013 Mnet idol debut survival program "WIN: Who Is Next?". After a training period, they released a pre-debut track and officially debuted on September 15, 2015.
Since their debut, they established themselves as a popular idol group. In 2019, leader B.I withdrew from the team due to allegations of drug use and purchase, and the group was reorganized into a six-member act.
Along with group activities, they have also been pursuing various individual activities. Member Bobby, who got married in August last year, has been pursuing solo activities since winning the 2014 Mnet rap competition program "Show Me The Money 3". Kim Donghyuk has demonstrated his musical prowess by participating as a producer for their 4th mini-album "FLASHBACK" released in May.
Additionally, Kim Jinhwan has recently been performing on stage in the musical "Dracula", while Song Yunhyeong and Jung Chanwoo have appeared on various variety shows. Koo Junhoe has been cast in an ENA drama airing in the first half of next year, marking the start of his acting career.
