Seoul Festa 2023 is a festival held from April 30th to May 7th across various locations in Seoul for international tourists. It is a tourism event designed to create demand for visiting Seoul, highlighting the unique characteristics and charms of the city as they change with the seasons.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to showcase K-Culture experiences such as K-POP performances, beauty, and gastronomy, as well as shopping events, in various locations across Seoul including Jamsil, Nodeul Island, the Han River, and Gwanghwamun. They also announced plans to fully commercialize events such as the Han River Summer Festival, Autumn Beauty Travel Week, Seoul Gourmet Week, the winter Seoul Lantern Festival, and the Gwanghwamun Square Market.
