MBC Radio announced on the 21st that the "IDOL RADIO LIVE in SEOUL" concert will be held on Saturday, September 23, at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Supported by the continuous love of fans as a K-POP specialty program since 2018, "IDOL RADIO" will be holding its first concert in Korea. This "IDOL RADIO" concert will take place at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, which has a capacity of 40,000 spectators. It is considered the largest-scale K-pop concert to be held in Korea in the second half of 2023.

Prior to this, "IDOL RADIO" became the first domestic radio program to hold overseas concerts in Tokyo, Japan, in October last year and April this year, both of which were successfully completed. It received an enthusiastic response from domestic and international fans for its solid composition, living up to its reputation as a "fan-jal-al" (an abbreviation meaning "knowing fans' hearts well") program. In particular, the Tokyo concert last October sold out, proving the potential of "IDOL RADIO" as K-POP content.

Nam Tae-jeong, Head of MBC Radio Content Production Center, stated, "'IDOL RADIO LIVE in SEOUL' is a 'thank-you concert' intended to be shared with the domestic fans who have contributed most significantly to the current success of K-pop."
