Based on the Naver Webtoon of the same name, "Serendipity" is a romance that summons memories of first love, where characters reunite after 10 years with the first love they were once clumsy and timid about, becoming intertwined as if by fate.

Lee Hong-ju (played by Kim So-hyun), an animation production PD who fears love, experiences the aftereffects of a difficult breakup. She faces changes after reuniting with Kang Hu-yeong (Chae Jong-hyeop) for the first time in 10 years.

Kim So-hyun pointed out the viewing point, saying, "Please look forward to the serendipitous encounter between Hong-ju and Hu-yeong, and their quirky and lovely episodes."

Chae Jong-hyeop, who plays Kang Hu-yeong, a financial planner equipped with handsome looks and a brilliant mind, expresses intense emotions upon reuniting with his "first love."
