Singer and actor Lee Jun-ho has established a one-man agency and is setting out on his own.

Lee Jun-ho, who recently ended his exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment (JYP), where he had been affiliated for 17 years, has established his own entertainment agency for his individual activities, including acting and singing. However, it has been decided that JYP will continue to handle tasks related to his activities in Japan.

According to an entertainment industry insider on the 27th, Lee Jun-ho is in the midst of preparing for the establishment of his one-man agency. While a specific company name has not yet been decided, he is currently assembling the necessary personnel for company operations, including staff who have worked with him.

Lee Jun-ho's personal agency is drawing attention as experts who lead the trends of the entertainment industry will be taking on the practical operations. Yang Hye-young, in charge of marketing planning for the Brand Strategy Office at CJ ENM, will be providing full-scale support for Lee Jun-ho. Yang Hye-young has worked in the CJ ENM Performance Business Division and has been in charge of the "Visionary," which changed the paradigm of popular culture, since its planning stage.

Lee Jun-ho plans to finish all preparations as early as mid-May and focus on his acting career. He will be expanding his acting spectrum by releasing two comeback projects for the first time in two years since the 2023 drama "King the Land."

He will release the tvN drama "Typhoon Company," which is currently in the middle of filming, and the Netflix series "Cashero" consecutively in the second half of the year. He takes on the role of Kang Tae-pung, a young CEO who struggles to protect his small-to-medium-sized business, "Typhoon Company," left behind by his father during the 1997 IMF financial crisis, and will deliver comfort and courage to viewers.

In his other starring project, "Cashero," he plays the role of Kang Sang-woong, an ordinary civil servant with superpowers, and will also challenge himself with comedic acting.

Having previously showcased diverse charms regardless of genre, such as historical dramas and romantic comedies, he will reveal sides of himself that have rarely been seen before through these upcoming projects.
