I apologize for the late feedback. I was very satisfied with this tour, especially the guide's attentiveness and resourcefulness towards us. Thank you for providing water and tea, and the light meal was delicious. I would feel comfortable using your company's tours again. The only disappointing thing was the poor manners of some participants who didn't follow the guide's instructions, which made me uncomfortable. While this isn't your company's responsibility, I think it might be good to have measures in place, like leaving behind those who are inconsiderate and can't keep their promises (lol).
