I was worried I wouldn't make it to Korea in time because the delivery was so close to the wire, but I was able to go and have a great time. I appreciated the consecutive seating for the ticket arrangement, but I didn't understand the payment instructions well, so I would have liked clearer instructions in the comments, such as, "Consecutive seating is optional and requires payment, what do you want to do?" I would have liked to receive that information beforehand. Other than that, the response was quick, polite, and I was able to request with peace of mind. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.
