This was my first time using this service. Thank you so much for choosing me despite the high competition!! Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure what to do and waited before the handover time, but didn't realize it for about 20 minutes. It would have been much easier to recognize if you could provide some kind of landmark, such as what color clothes you are wearing, or even a small nameplate around your neck.
