    First time using this. The stage greeting is right up until...
    This is my first time using the service. I was worried that the schedule and location for the stage greeting wouldn't be visible until right before,
    but my inquiries were answered promptly, and I was able to get my ticket smoothly at the venue and enjoy the viewing from a good seat, so I am satisfied.
