We will contact you via the comments section at least one week before the performance with details about the location and time for receiving your ticket on the day.
Please refrain from making inquiries before then.
*Please note that the deadline for receiving your ticket at the venue is 2 hours before the performance.
If you would like to receive your ticket in advance at our nearest station (Gongdeok Station), please contact us via the comments section.
We will provide separate guidance.

Additional seat fees (option fees) will be paid in cash (Japanese Yen) on the day at the venue.
*Please do not make bank transfers.*
Please check the option fee in the fee information section,
write [Reservation Number, Name, Amount] on the envelope,
and please bring the exact amount to avoid needing change.
Please note that we will not have change available.
*As we are purchasing tickets on your behalf, there is a small possibility of accidents occurring.
Please understand that seat changes may be unavoidable until delivery.
If we are unable to secure your seat, we will refund the full amount.
