I was hoping for good seats, but apparently they weren't able to get them. It was written in the explanation that good seats aren't always guaranteed, and I was glad that they were able to secure the tickets.

However, I was a little shocked to hear that someone who ordered the same tickets was able to get good seats. But it was a small venue, so I was happy just to be able to go.

The service was very courteous, and I was happy with it. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.
