This was my first time using a proxy service.

First of all, I was relieved to receive support in Japanese.

Next, I am very grateful for the frequent communication and the careful answers to my questions. Also, the initial contact was so thorough and easy to understand that most of my questions were resolved at that point.

Furthermore, because the communication method was via a message board without notifications, there were times when I was late noticing deadlines, but they were very flexible and accommodated my requests.

I think the biggest concern when asking a proxy service is the price, but the available seating blocks were all great seats, and thanks to GT Tour, I was able to wholeheartedly enjoy the concert. I don't think I could have gotten them on my own. So, the price may seem high, but I thought it was worth paying that much.

I was anxious because it was all new to me, but I would like to ask for your help again.
