This was my first time requesting assistance from GT Tour.

On the day, the location was a bit difficult to find, but a male staff member was standing at the first-floor entrance and called out to me, which was great.

I am also grateful that they provided cold drinks and a place to rest in the heat.

The ticket handover was also handled very well, carefully, and I was able to trade with peace of mind.

It's a shame that I couldn't get the best area this time, but I would be happy to use your services again if I have the opportunity.
