This was my first time using GT Tour. I didn't think I would make it in time for the pickup time on the day, and I was half giving up, but when I called to discuss it, they said they would extend the time and wait for me, which was really helpful. I was nervous because it was my first time at an overseas concert, but thanks to GT Tour, I was able to enjoy the concert. The service was also very courteous, and I'm really glad I used them.
