Thank you for arranging the BTS LYS Seoul concert tickets.

Each time you have arranged great floor seats for me, but this time it was a 2nd or 3rd floor seat. However, I am grateful that you were able to arrange them despite how difficult it was to obtain them.

However, it was very disappointing that the seat confirmation was postponed several times and announced only one week before the concert.
