I apologize for the very late thank you message. Thank you so much for preparing the very hard-to-get tickets for the recent Seoul concert. It was a dream come true, such great seats, and I was able to see BTS with my own eyes, creating truly unforgettable memories. I know the staff must have had a hard time with all the preparations and arrangements, but I sincerely appreciate it, and I was always happy to receive your polite emails and replies.
