I inquired with several companies, but GT was the only one that responded to me politely even after the secondary ticket sales opened.

Their response was also quick.

Despite it being a somewhat unique situation where a ticket exchange voucher was included with the purchased item, they listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them, and I was able to successfully see the performance yesterday. I will definitely book with GT again when there are performances in Korea.
