Thank you for your help the other day. Although I received a good number in a good area from your company, I suppose time was tight. Due to the operational incompetence of the organizers, everyone was allowed into the area at once instead of in order of their admission numbers, so I couldn't see the stage at all during the performance.

I was a little depressed, but it seems that your company's luck shared some of its luck with me, and BTS and Wanna One came right in front of me at the ending. V and Jungkook from BTS, and Ong Seong-wu and Daehwi-chan from Wanna One came, so I was able to take a lot of photos. It became a great memory. Your company's response was also wonderful, the meeting place for the transportation was easy to understand, and I was able to get to the venue safely thanks to the detailed communication from the ticket booth at the venue. On the way there, I was able to enjoy the autumn in Korea, and the ginkgo trees were very beautiful and made for a nice walk.

I am always grateful for your help, and I am always filled with gratitude for your arranging great seats for valuable performances. Next is the AAA performance. I look forward to working with you again.

At AAA, I'm looking forward to seeing BTS's performance from my seat instead of on a big screen, and I'm looking forward to it.
