This was my first time using the service, but as everyone says, I was right to ask for it. The service was consistently courteous, and I received a notification with a picture upon receipt. I was really grateful that you were so attentive. The person who handed over the tickets had a gentle demeanor, which was very reassuring.

The seats were the kind I had always envied while watching videos of concerts in their home country. I requested a stand seat thinking it would be good enough to just feel the atmosphere of the venue, but it was more than I could have hoped for. I was surprised and grateful that you were able to provide such great seats!
