    There was a sense of security.

    This was my first time using a proxy service.

    The transaction communication was smooth, which gave me peace of mind.

    The pickup was local and at a Starbucks, but there were two Starbucks nearby, so I went to the wrong one at first.

    It would have been even more helpful if you could have announced that there were multiple Starbucks nearby, just in case.
