    Very satisfied.
    Even though I missed the option application deadline due to feeling unwell and my reply was late, they were able to get me the seat I wanted, and the ticket number was good too, so I could see from the second row of the standing area. From the initial contact to receiving the ticket, they handled everything very carefully, and I'm glad I entrusted them with my first proxy purchase.
