This was my first time requesting GT Tour to handle the ticketing. Although the price was high, their response to comments was quick, their handling was thorough, and the ticket transfer was smooth ^_^. Close to the performance date, I received detailed emails about the transfer and the performance itself, and the easy-to-read, colorful emails with images were very reassuring. Also, when I received the ticket, the words "Have fun!" really made me feel glad I had asked GT Tour. Thanks to them, I had a meaningful live performance experience and also got to travel to Korea! I would definitely like to ask them again next time ^o^.
