After applying for the first performance, I added a second performance, and I was very grateful for your courteous, prompt, and accurate response to these sudden changes.

Also, your confirmation and arrangements were perfect, and I was able to receive the tickets very smoothly at the ticket booth on the day of the performance. When I went to pick up the tickets for the second performance after the first performance was over, they already remembered me and handed me the tickets without me having to show my reservation confirmation.

I was also very grateful that you suggested arranging the tickets for the first and second performances in the front row, on the left and right sides, based on the availability of seats.

Thanks to you, I was able to watch and support KARA's Heo Youngji's first theatrical performance up close, and I was very happy that the performance was a great success.
