I really appreciated you gathering information until the last minute, your consideration, and your clear and kind communication which made it easy to reach you and made me feel very confident.
One thing that was disappointing about this tour was the 30-minute departure delay. It was for the seat drawing lottery, but the order didn't matter at all on site, so I don't think the lottery was necessary.
I would like to ask for your services again if there are any interesting plans.
