This was my first time using a corporate agent for a concert in Korea.
The support was thorough and attentive from before departure until the day of the concert, and my friend who used another small-scale agency was envious. (That friend was ultimately not provided with the tickets they were told about in advance, and was suddenly given downgraded tickets on the day of the concert.)
I had a sense of security that GT Tour would never do something like that.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the area I wanted this time, but I hope to have the area I want arranged next time, and I think I may use them again.
