Thankfully, I received my desired seating (2nd floor reserved), and it was very easy to see. Although it was in the 10s row, it was actually the 4th row from the front. It was a seat where the members walked right in front of me, and I was very satisfied as I could see the whole stage easily. When the tickets were delivered, they kindly included a map of the area near the venue. So kind (; ; ) I would love to use this service again!
