I was relieved that the staff responded smoothly and politely from the time I applied. The ticket pick-up instructions were easy to understand, which was helpful. The seats were good. It would have been perfect if my favorite band, BTS, had appeared... (laughs) I was very grateful for the ride to the hotel area after the performance. I would definitely use this service again if I have the opportunity.
