I had previously used GT for live concert tickets and knew they had friendly staff, so I consulted GT instead of other agencies. They respond quickly to inquiries, so I can rely on them with peace of mind. I hope the coronavirus subsides soon, and when I can go back to Korea and there are live concerts and events, I would like to use GT again.
