This was my first time using GTtour, and I was very impressed with their courteous service, attention to detail, support in Japanese, and quick response times. I felt very secure and confident using them.

I've used other agencies, at least three, but personally, I think GTtour's service is exceptionally comprehensive.

When the tickets they booked for me were suddenly canceled due to COVID, they re-booked them for me without any additional charge!

It was for something with a very high demand, so I'm really glad I asked them to do it.
